Alejandro Corte is a lawyer in the Real Estate area of Garrigues’ Santiago de Chile office. His practice focuses on providing legal advice to companies and individuals on real estate, corporate, commercial and civil law matters, mainly in connection with real estate, due diligence processes and property title assessments.

Alejandro’s practice centers on providing comprehensive advisory services in relation to real estate, corporate and civil law matters, focusing in particular on the structuring, negotiation and execution of real estate transactions. His experience includes drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting real estate due diligence processes and preparing reports and property title assessments for the acquisition, financing and development of real estate projects. He also advises on procedures to bring registry and zoning statuses into compliance, and on commercial matters linked to the management and operation of real estate assets.

Before joining Garrigues, Alejandro was a lawyer at Barros Silva Varela &amp; Vigil (2025–2026), where he also worked as a paralegal (2021–2024).

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
