Alba Jiménez is a senior associate of the tax department of Garrigues, where she has pursued her professional career since 2017.

She is a member of the tax litigation team, advising individuals and legal entities in the context of collection, inspection and penalty proceedings that may be conducted by the state, regional and local administrations.

She is also involved in advising taxpayers in all kinds of appeals, both in economic-administrative and judicial review proceedings, at all levels, as well as all kinds of special tax proceedings.

She also provides clients with ongoing advice on direct and indirect taxation matters on all those issues that arise in the day-to-day work of her clients.
