Adrián León is a senior associate in the commercial contracts and corporate law practice. He has extensive experience in corporate restructuring transactions, sale and pruchase of companies and real estate assets, and also advises on contractual, corporate, real estate, and data protection matters.

Adrián León has been a senior associate in the Commercial Law Department at Garrigues since 2026, a firm he joined in 2018.

In his professional practice, he has been involved in numerous corporate restructuring transactions, sale and purchase of companies and real estate assets.

He also advises on contractual, corporate, and real estate matters. He has experience serving as a non-director deputy secretary to the board of directors of corporate groups.

Likewise, throughout his professional career, he has provided advice on personal data protection, including the implementation of and adaptation to personal data protection and information technology regulations, as well as handling sanctioning proceedings before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
