Adrián Bande is a senior associate in Garrigues’ Litigation and Arbitration Department. He has extensive experience advising on dispute resolution, both at the pre-litigation stage and in court. He also provides recurring advice on contractual matters, insurance, real state, data protection and new technologies.

Adrián Bande joined Garrigues in 2017 and has been a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Department since 2024.

He specializes in pre-litigation and litigation advice for the resolution of civil and commercial disputes, especially in matters such as:

- Proceedings relating to commercial and contractual litigation (obligations and contracts, noncontractual liability, etc.).
- Proceedings relating to construction defects.
- Proceedings relating to real state law (litigation relating to property, possession, and other rights in rem disputes).

In his professional practice, he also provides ongoing advisory services to companies in various sectors and regularly advises on all types of real estate operations.

Adrián also provides advice on data protection and new technologies.

- Law Degree, Universidad de Santiago de Compostela (recipient of Extraordinary Degree Award).
- Master’s Degree in Legal Practice, Universidad a Distancia de Madrid (UDIMA).
- Specialization in the General Data Protection Regulation, Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), as part of a program organized in collaboration with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
