Adolfo Gómez is Senior Associate in the Administrative Law Department at Garrigues. With over 8 years of experience, he advises public entities and multinational corporations on competition law, privacy and data protection, consumer law and litigation.

Adolfo is a lawyer from Pontifical Javeriana University (Bogotá), holds a Specialization Degree in Commercial Law from the same institution, and has a Master in Law and Technology (LL.M.) from Tilburg University (Netherlands) with emphasis on technology and artificial intelligence regulation, competition law, data protection and climate change.

He has extensive experience in representing clients in judicial and administrative matters related to anticompetitive practices, unfair competition, data protection, and in the design and implementation of compliance programs in these areas. Additionally, he is involved in contract review and negotiation, risk assessment, business advisory, and strategic litigation.
