## [Updates Labour 3-2013](/en_GB/new/updates-labour-3-2013) # Updates Labour 3-2013 01 / 29 / 2013 - - [](https://www.linkedin.com/sharing/share-offsite/?url=https://www.garrigues.com/en_GB/new/updates-labour-3-2013) - []() - []() [Download Updates Labour 3-2013 ![Download](/sites/default/files/inline-images/flecha-abajo.png)](/sites/default/files/noticias/files/Novedades-Laboral-3-2013-ingles_1.pdf) Previous Next ORDER ESS/56/2013, OF JANUARY 28, IMPLEMENTING THE STATUTORY PROVISION ON CONTRIBUTIONS FOR SOCIAL SECURITY AND UNEMPLOYMENT COVERAGE, BUSINESS INCOME PROTECTION, TO THE WAGE GUARANTEE FUND, AND FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SET FORTH IN LAW 17/2012, OF DECEMBER 27, 2012, THE GENERAL STATE BUDGET LAW FOR 2013 As in previous years, in the wake of the publication of the 2013 General State Budget Law, an Order has been issued by the Ministry of Employment and Social Security (ESS/56/2013, of January 28, 2013) implementing the statutory provisions, contained in that law, on contributions for social security and unemployment coverage, business income protection, to the wage guarantee fund, and for professional training. The maximum and minimum limits established in Order ESS/56/2013 for the 2013 contribution bases are as follows: - Maximum: €3,425.70 a month. - Minimum: €753 a month.
