The [InspiraLAW ranking](<http://The InspiraLAW ranking, voted on by 500 lawyers in Spain and Portugal, seeks to “recognize women that work in the legal sector, who have been identified by their colleagues in the profession as having an outstanding track record, and who therefore serve to inspire a generation of much younger lawyers”, indicates Iberian Lawyer. The common thread among these women is that they hold important roles in their organizations. But they also stand out for their “exceptional leadership and mentoring skills and their first-class technical knowledge.
