The ITA is the Institute for Transnational Arbitration and the ALARB is the Latin American Arbitration Association (*Asociación Latinoamericana de Arbitraje*). This conference was supported by the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago (CAM Santiago), the Chilean office of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, and the Bar Association of Chile (*Colegio de Abogados de Chile*).
