**The Plenary of the Congress of Deputies has repealed Royal Decree-Law 9/2024 adopting urgent measures in economic, tax, transport and social security matters, and extending certain measures to deal with situations of social vulnerability.**





The resolution of [22 January 2025](https://www.boe.es/boe/dias/2025/01/23/pdfs/BOE-A-2025-1136.pdf) has been published, ordering the publication of the Agreement to repeal Royal Decree-Law 9/2024 of 23 December. This law regulated issues such as the extension of the Minimum Interprofessional Wage and the increase of the contribution bases.
