**In its January 19, 2022 edition, the [Official State Gazette (BOE)](http://www.boe.es/boe/dias/2022/01/19/pdfs/BOE-A-2022-801.pdf) published a corrigendum to Royal Decree-Law 32/2021, of December 28, 2021, on urgent measures for labor reform, ensuring stable employment and transforming the labor market.**





Besides correcting a number of grammatical errors and inconsistencies in the decree-law’s references to articles, it clarifies that the contract to cover temporary demand for production must be used to meet a transient and unforeseeable increase in activity (this reference to activity was omitted in the originally published decree-law) and oscillations which, while forming part of the company's normal activity, give rise to a temporary mismatch between the available and the required levels of stable employment.
