A brief summary of the new Insolvency Register comes out top in the new “Updates” on Restructuring &amp; Insolvency. It also includes a reference to the latest Royal Decree-Law regarding supervision and solvency of financial institutions, which extends the privileged regime applied to the claims assigned to SAREB to those who, under any title, acquire the claims owned by SAREB. Lastly, we add a quick review on the approval of special assistance grants directed to workers affected by restructuring processes.
