The prestigious British publishing house, Law Business Research, has once again chosen Garrigues to continue with the success achieved in previous editions of "The Restructuring Review", a retrospective guide to events over the past twelve months in the legal market for business restructuring and insolvency.

The book’s editor, Christopher Mallon, partner in the US firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher &amp; Flom, a global institution in this field, invited the Garrigues team back to participate in view of their recognized international standing in the area of restructuring and insolvency.

The book offers an exclusive audience, made up of in-house lawyers for major companies and lawyers at leading firms, a retrospective of the most recent milestones in 30 jurisdictions. It also includes an update on the latest legislative developments, new cases and other regulatory changes in each jurisdiction.
