# Presentation of the executive Sports Management Immersion program of Garrigues Sports&Entertainment and the PFL

The National Sports Council (CSD) hosted the presentation of the executive Sports Management Immersion program organized by the Garrigues Centro de Estudios, Garrigues Sports&Entertainment and the Professional Football League, with the collaboration of the CSD.
The program aims to respond to the question ‘What will I do afterwards?’ that many professional athletes ask themselves during their sports career. It is addressed to high-level athletes who are interested in continuing to be connected to the world of sports in their future profession.
The program is also addressed to professionals from other sectors of activity who would like to reorient their careers, through a program which immerses them in the sports industry and permits them to acquire all the knowledge necessary to carry out any activity in the sports field.
In attendance at the presentation was a group of beneficiaries of the CSD scholarship program, such as Ana Montero (synchronized swimming), Nico García (taekwondo), Rubén de la Red (football), Jorge Garbajosa (basketball) and Elisa Aguilar (basketball).
The event was presided over by the general manager of CSD, Óscar Graefenhain and attended by Javier Gómez, general manager of the PFL; Félix Plaza, partner of Garrigues and co-director of the program, and Ana Muñoz, academic director.
The aim of Garrigues Sports & Entertainment is to provide specialized services with the highest added value to the individuals, entities and institutions operating in the sports and entertainment sectors, making use of Garrigues’ knowledge, prestige, solvency and cross-disciplinary structure to achieve that aim. It has a specific group of professionals dedicated to this industry which affords it the highest level of sectorial knowledge.
