**Portuguese Government has updated the table of minimum monthly wages set forth on the ordinance that regulates the working conditions of administrative workers not covered by collective bargaining regulations.**





[**Ordinance no. 321/2025/1, of 29 September**](https://diariodarepublica.pt/dr/detalhe/portaria/321-2025-936963773), which makes the seventh amendment to [**Ordinance no. 182/2018, of 22 June**](https://diariodarepublica.pt/dr/legislacao-consolidada/portaria/2018-115669150) and updates the respective table of minimum monthly wages, was published in the Official Portuguese Gazette.

With this update, the table of minimum wages is set as follows:

The ordinance entered into force on October 4, 2025, while the new minimum monthly wages and the value of seniority payments took effect **on March 1, 2025**.
