**The sixth edition of the** [Merco Talento Universitario](https://www.merco.info/es/ranking-merco-talento-universitario) **ranking has revealed, once again, that Garrigues is the law firm of choice of Spanish university and advanced vocational training students seeking jobs.**





The ranking, published by the corporate reputation monitor Merco with the collaboration of Recruiting Erasmus, includes the 100 most attractive companies to work for in the opinion of students. This monitor also aims to provide information on the studies completed and the level of satisfaction of the employment services of universities and other aspects relating to the job search. It is based on the responses given by more than 9,100 university students in their last and second-to-last years, students on master’s degree and equivalent courses, and PhD students.

For those surveyed, the most important factors when choosing a company as employer are: quality of life and good salary and benefits, both with 22%, and a good working atmosphere (15%).

Once again, this new recognition reinforces Garrigues’ position as a clear option for future professionals and is added to that obtained in Merco Talento, where we ranked 49th, and Universum.
