[]() - []() [Download Labour Udpates 5-2013 ![Download](/sites/default/files/inline-images/flecha-abajo.png)](/sites/default/files/noticias/files/Labour-Updates-5-2013_1.pdf) Previous Next CORRIGENDUM TO ROYAL DECREE-LAW 5/2013 ON MEASURES TO ENCOURAGE THE CONTINUITY OF THE WORKING LIFE OF OLDER WORKERS AND TO PROMOTE ACTIVE AGEING We summarize below the main corrections to errors in the wording of Royal Decree-Law 5/2013, of March 15, 2013, on measures to encourage the continuity of the working life of older workers and to promote active ageing, as published in the Official State Gazette on April 4, 2013: - The table of ages to qualify for partial retirement - It is clarified that in order to determine the economic contributions to the Public Treasury and to calculate the number of terminated workers aged 50 or over expressed as a percentage of the total number of workers terminated -
