**Update on what the major arbitral institutions are doing in relation to the coronavirus**

Please find below a summarised list of the updates on the measures adopted by relevant arbitration institutions around the world in light of COVID-19:

1. Joint statement signed by numerous arbitral institutions across the globe in response to the concerns raised by the COVID-19 pandemic, available [here](https://icsid.worldbank.org/en/Documents/covid-19-joint-statement.pdf).
2. The Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) launches a free platform for ad-hoc arbitrations during the COVID-19 crisis ([view here](https://sccinstitute.com/about-the-scc/news/2020/scc-platform-made-available-to-ad-hoc-arbitrations-globally/)).
