**IBA publishes updated evidence rules**
IBA publishes update to the International Bar Association Rules on the Taking of Evidence, including new provisions on virtual hearings, illegally obtained evidence and undue influence on witnesses testifying remotely.

**Mónica Van der Schraft**, partner in the arbitration department at Garrigues Chile, was one of the speakers at the International Conference held between January 19 and January 22 2021, organized by Instituto Peruano de Arbitraje. She talked about practicing in ADR in Latin America, with emphasis on recent experiences following the pandemic.
