# Goals for inclusion in sport: Garrigues has joined another fourteen major law firms to take part in the TJE Lawyers Football Challenge

**Last Friday saw the start of the outreach football championship, TJE Lawyers Football Challenge, organized by the [Real Madrid Foundation]() and the [Fundación Mutualidad de la Abogacía](https://www.mutualidadabogacia.com/institucional/fundacion/), to encourage the integration and inclusion of young people with a disability in sport.**
**Garrigues** has joined another fourteen major law firms to take part in the sporting event. A team from the Mutualidad de la Abogacía itself has also joined the competition. Each team represents and defends a Real Madrid Foundation project.
All teams in the tournament compete against each other in four groups that play games lasting 15 minutes every Friday in March. After the final scheduled for the 22nd, trophies will be presented to the winners and the team that has best practiced fair play in all its games.
The initiative is the result of an agreement reached only a few weeks ago between the Real Madrid Foundation and the Mutualidad de la Abogacía to increase awareness of the importance of the inclusion and integration of people with different abilities into work and social environments, as in sport. Representatives from both entities and the law firms taking part attended the signing ceremony, held at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium.
