This is the seventh time that Garrigues’ work has been recognized by these international awards, now in their thirteenth year. The awards ceremony took place on Thursday evening at a gala dinner staged at London’s Dorchester Hotel, attended by representatives from a host of European firms. “This prestigious award for excellence in the legal industry is, in reality, a testament to our client-oriented approach, which guides the actions of all of our professionals,” explained Garrigues Managing Partner [**Fernando Vives**](/en/socios/Paginas/fernando_vives_ruiz.aspx). This time round, the panel of judges assessed the body of work carried out by professionals from Garrigues over the course of the last year. To this end, the publication conducted a detailed analysis, taking into account the innovation borne out by high-profile deals covering various jurisdictions. IFLR, present in the UK, US and Asia since 1984, is the leading publication in the international financial sector and has established itself as the benchmark review for lawyers specializing in international finance in financial institutions, multinationals and top tier law firms.
