**The situation of international alert created by COVID-19, the measures taken by national and regional governments and our responsibility to contribute to the non-propagation of the virus demand a revision of our protocols and action plans.**





For this reason and with the goal of protecting our team’s health, continue offering the best service to our clients and mitigate, to the best of our ability, the expansion of the virus, Garrigues has implemented the following measures:

- The personnel from its offices are are working remotely without any problem. In the case of the Beijing and Shanghai offices, the team is working from the office, adhering at all times the instructions and recommendations issued by the authorities.
- Our team has the training, the resources and the safe technological tools necessary to offer the quality service our clients demand from our firm.
- All public events scheduled for the next weeks have been cancelled.

We have established a committee that will be permanently monitoring the effectiveness of these measures and its adequacy to the evolution of the circumstances in the different geographic areas where our firm’s work takes place.
