This will involve leaving the Romanian market by year-end. The Warsaw office of Garrigues has been recently reinforced with the hire of top local professionals specializing in Corporate transactions, M&A and Capital Markets. This decision reflects both its continuous growth in market share in Poland as well as its strong commitment to the CEE market. “These decisions are part of our current strategy in the CEE whereby the Firm will centralize all its functions and services through its Warsaw office, an efficient gateway to all our clients´ needs in this region”, said Alejandro Miquel, head of Garrigues’ CEE operations.
