After the success of last year’s edition, the team at Garrigues’ Restructuring and Insolvency Department –integrated by Antonio Fernández, Borja García-Alamán, Adrián Thery and Juan Verdugo-, has again contributed to the second edition of The Restructuring Review, a world-renowned book published by prestigious British publishing house, Law Business Research.
After the success of last year’s edition, the team at Garrigues’ Restructuring and Insolvency Department –integrated by [Antonio Fernández](/eng/equipo_03.aspx?id=50), [Borja García-Alamán](/eng/equipo_03.aspx?id=323), [Adrián Thery](/eng/equipo_03.aspx?id=333) and Juan Verdugo-, has again contributed to the second edition of The Restructuring Review, a world-renowned book published by prestigious British publishing house, Law Business Research.
Thanks to its international prestige in the area of restructuring and insolvency, Garrigues was invited to participate once again to write Spain’s chapter. Christopher Mallon, a senior partner of the US law firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, a global authority in this field, has acted again as editor.
