**Garrigues has topped the M&amp;A deal rankings by value in the first half of the year in Spain, according to the** [**TTR**](https://www.elconfidencial.com/juridico/2024-07-09/garrigues-uria-ao-shearman-ranking-abogados_3918097/) **and** [**Mergermarket**](https://www.expansion.com/juridico/actualidad-tendencias/2024/07/08/668c1989468aeb690b8b4591.html) **rankings, with deals totaling €25.402 billion.**





In addition, the firm was the outright lead in the seven largest deals announced in the first six months of the year.

Garrigues is also the law firm with the most lawyers featured in the ranking, with a total of [seven professionals ranked among the top 18](https://www.expansion.com/juridico/actualidad-tendencias/2024/07/08/668c200c468aebac788b4597.html). Fernando Vives, Leticia Comin and Álvaro López-Jorrín lead the ranking.
