**For the seventh year in a row, Garrigues has been voted the best law firm to work for by law students who took part in the Most Attractive Employers survey conducted by Universum, a leading global employer branding company.For the seventh year in a row, Garrigues has been voted the best law firm to work for by the more than 30,200 law students who took part in the 2020 Most Attractive Employers survey conducted by Universum, a leading global employer branding company.**
This year, public administration topped the law category. The survey, answered by more than 30,200 students and carried out in collaboration with almost seventy universities and business schools, analyzes the preferences of Spanish university students in order to find out what they look for in an employer.
In the case of Garrigues, the favorite among law students, the main aspects highlighted by those surveyed are the firm’s prestige, its position as a leading firm, and the advantages of having such a reputable firm on their CV.
For Laura Elorza, an HR manager at Garrigues, this recognition confirms that “after seven years, Garrigues has consolidated its leading position as the law firm of choice for university students, who understand the opportunity of working for a firm that knows that its people are its best asset and places them at the heart of its strategy, and remains committed to nurturing their talent.”
The full survey was presented on Tuesday, May 12 at a digital event which also featured an analysis of the latest trends in employer branding by expert Almudena Rodríguez Tarodo.
Garrigues’ ongoing commitment to talent has also been recognized in recent months by Merco Personas, Merco Talento Universitario and Actualidad Económica.
