The award recognizes the extraordinary results registered by the firm in 2009, as well as its excellent Management. The award recognizes the extraordinary results registered by the firm in 2009, as well as its excellent Management. The jury, integrated by in-house lawyers of important companies such as Total, Lazard, L’Orèal, Nestlé, Societe Generale o Marsh, has further recognized the work undertaken by Garrigues’ M&A team, as well as the outstanding deals completed throughout the last two years. The jury has also considered both the general strategy of the firm and Garrigues’ impact on aspects such as Corporate Social Responsibility. “We are truly satisfied to see how our team’s effort and commitment receive this international recognition, especially as it is a prize granted by the clients,” said Fernando Vives and Ricardo Gómez, Garrigues co-managing partners. M&A partner Ramon Girbau attended the ceremony and picked up the prize on behalf of Garrigues.
