**The firm came in at 38th and once again is the only law firm among the top 100 companies in the Merco Talento ranking**





Garrigues is once again among the 100 most attractive employers in Spain, according to the Merco Talento ranking released this week by the Corporate Reputation Business Monitor (MERCO). The firm headed the sector classification and, for yet another year, are the only law firm cited among the 100 best companies.

Each year, Merco Talento analyzes how different organizations are perceived in respect of talent. For this edition, it interviewed 17,933 workers, 5,628 university students (final two years of study), 1,447 alumni from business schools, 7,654 at-large respondents, 143 human resources professionals and 52 headhunters.

These groups rated companies based on the quality of employment at their organizations, their reputations as employers and their internal reputation.
