**Garrigues is once again among the top 100 most attractive employers in Spain according to the Merco Talento ranking published by the Corporate Reputation Business Monitor (MERCO), which can be consulted [here](http://www.merco.info/es/ranking-merco-talento).**





Looking at the results by sector, Garrigues is still the only law firm to feature, and we placed fourth in the ranking of companies most valued by their employees.

**Merco Talento** is one of the reports published by [MERCO](http://www.merco.info/es/) each year in order to analyze the different reputational dimensions linked to talent. Moreover, in 2018, Garrigues is the only law firm ranked in [Merco Talento Universitario](http://www.merco.info/es/ranking-merco-talento-universitario) and was ranked 54th in Merco Empresas.

In this year’s edition (number 13), Merco Talento analyzed feedback from 18,415 workers, 8,091 citizens, 6,199 final year university students, 1,206 business school alumni and 160 managers and experts in the different areas of human resources, carrying out a total of 34,141 surveys. Those surveyed evaluate companies on three key factors which influence and determine their attractiveness in the labor market: job quality, the employer’s brand and internal reputation.

The methodology and findings of **Merco Talento** are independently audited by KPMG in accordance with the ISAE 3000 standard.
