Garrigues is one of the top 10 companies to work for in Spain, according to the [Actualidad Económica ranking](https://www.elmundo.es/economia/mejores-empresas/ranking.html). Specifically, the firm was ranked 9th, up 10 places on last year’s position, and was once again the highest-rated law firm.

The firm scored particularly well in the Conditions, Training, Benefits, and ESG categories.

The Grupo Unidad Editorial publication highlighted Garrigues’ commitment to attracting young talent, noting the firm’s close collaboration with universities, its programs designed to provide insight into the legal profession, and its model of supporting future professionals from day one, “giving young people the opportunity to develop in a challenging, learning-oriented and international environment.” In 2025, Garrigues welcomed 209 young professionals of 11 different nationalities, 63% of whom were women.

This recognition follows on from the excellent results achieved by Garrigues in the [Merco Talent 2025](https://www.merco.info/es/ranking-merco-talento) ranking, which lists the top 200 most attractive employers. The firm once again topped the Lawyers category, a position it has held since 2011.
