Location: The project is located in Peru’s southern sierra, in the department of Cusco.
Object:Design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a simple cycle thermo electric power station with an installed capacity of 200 MW fed by gas from the Camisea Project, and construction of the complementary infrastructures necessary for its operation, including (i) a 13.8 kV / 220 kV electric substation; (ii) a 220 kV transmission line with a length of approximately 35 km; and (iii) the extension of the Suriray electric substation.
Financial structure: Self-financed project.
Value of the investment:Approximately US$ 180 million.
Term: Permanent ownership of project assets. Twenty (20) year investment agreement.
Title-holder of the concessioned activity: Ministry of Energy and Mining (MINEM).
