Location: The project is located in Peru’s central and southern sierra and the southern forest, in the departments of Apurímac, Ayacucho, Huancavelica, Junín, Cusco, Puno and Ucayali.
Object: Concession for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of a natural gas transport network running through the towns of Andahuaylas, Abancay, Huamanga, Huanta, Huancavelica, Huancayo, Jauja, Cusco, Quillabamba, Juliaca, Puno and Pucallpa, in the regions of Apurímac, Ayacucho, Huancavelica, Junín, Cusco, Puno and Ucayali and related installations.
Financial structure:Co-financed project.
Value of the investment:Approximately US$ 400 million.
Term:Thirty-two (32) year concession agreement.
Title-holder of the concessioned activity:Ministry of Energy and Mining (MINEM).
