Pedro Regojo Balboa
Joined in Arthur Andersen, in september of 1992. From June of 1998 developes his career as Director of Garrigues & Andersen in A Coruña. Durning the year 2022 was designated Partner of J&A Garrigues, S.L.P.
Besides his duties as Managing Partner at the Garrigues office in A Coruña, he is a practicing corporate lawyer and member of the Corporate Department of the Firm, advising public and private companies and successfully leading restructuring processes of companies, due diligences in M&A deals and advising in other corporate and conglomerate issues.
As a company lawyer, he has developed his legal expertise in relation with very different sectors, with special emphasis in Textile, Telecoms, Waters, Mining and Distribution. Additionally, and in this area, he has focused on the problems of the Family Owned Corporations, actively engaging in the development, negotiation and set up of the Family Statues at several family owned conglomerates, as well as the set-up and enforcement of their corporate basic documents leading to the development of a proper governance of the family owned business.
He acts as Secretary of the Board at several conglomerates, companies and corporations.
He is a member of the Arbitration Court of the High Council of Chambers of Commerce (“Consejo Superior de Cámaras de Comercio”).
He has been listed on the ranking of Best Lawyers of the year 2011, as a Corporate Lawyer. Listed also as a recommended lawyer on Chambers 2011 (section Corporate/M&A).
