Xavier Ruiz de Loizaga Solé
Xavier Ruiz de Loizaga Solé is a principal associate in the Administrative Law practice area.
He has extensive expertise in Administrative Law, an field in which he has progressively specialized in areas such as public procurement, infrastructure financing projects and the environment.
He also provides recurring advice on regulatory matters in industries such as transport, water and renewable energy.
