Viviana Salgueiro is an associate senior in the Administrative Law practice.
She has extensive experience in matters relating to public procurement (advising contracting authorities on the preparation of bidding and awarding documentation in tender procedures, and contractors on the preparation of any legal documents they may require); subsidies and public aid (advising the entities that grant or manage public aid as well as the entities that receive subsidies in the different phases of the process: preparation, application, grant, execution, justification and settlement); condemnation proceedings (advising both condemnors and condemnees on all aspects of the proceeding); administrative litigation, both general and special (penalties, telecommunications, zoning, etc.) and judicial review; financial liability of the public authorities; alienable and inalienable property in the public domain.
