Virginia Carmona is a senior associate in the Human Capital Services practice.
With extensive experience in the design and implementation of compensation systems and remuneration formulas, and in providing multidisciplinary advice on HR matters relating to directors’ and senior executives’ remuneration, she also regularly advises on the implementation of international work assignments and international mobility policies.
As a member of this line of business since 2008, she has advised companies, both domestic and multinational, listed and unlisted, from a broad range of sectors.
She participates as a speaker in forums and seminars aimed at HR and compensation and benefits professionals.
She lectures on various subjects in the Master’s Degrees in Human Resources, Banking and Finance, Taxation, as well as in the Executive Programs in Human Resources and Labor Relations at Garrigues’ Centro de Estudios.
