Vanessa Orive Sánchez is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Law practice area.

She has extensive experience in all areas of employment law and social security, although she specializes in corporate restructuring processes: preparation and negotiation of collective layoffs; procedures for the temporary suspension of employment contracts and the reduction of working hours; and participation in and advice on the implementation of material modifications to working conditions and processes for the merger and acquisition of companies. She also regularly acts as legal counsel in proceedings before the labor and judicial review courts in cases involving employment law and social security.

She has assisted on the University Master’s Degree in the Legal Profession at Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU and on the Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law organized by Garrigues.

Vanessa Orive Sánchez is a member of the Valencia Bar Association.

Degree in Law, Universidad de Valencia.

Master’s Degree in Employment and Social Security Law (ADEIT) (2003-2004 academic year).

Course on Employment Management for Lawyers, delivered by Escuela Santo Tomás de Aquino and organized by the Valencia Bar Association (November 2004 through February 2005).

Participation in numerous seminars and conferences arranged by organizations and forums such as Search and Coach, Garrigues, Agrucoval, Prosegur Chair of Universidad de Alicante and AEDIPE.
