Tania Sancho Álvarez
Tania Sancho is a senior associate of the Labor and Employment Law practice at the Madrid office, where she has spent her professional career since joining the firm in 2009.
She has broad experience in providing ongoing advice to Spanish and international companies in a range of industries on labor relations, terminations, restructuring processes, material modification of working conditions, welfare and social security systems, labor due diligence reviews, etc., as well as representing clients in labor and judicial review proceedings.
She also provides recurring advice on occupational risk prevention matters and acts as legal counsel in administrative proceedings (before the labor inspection authorities) and in court in matters relating to administrative penalties, benefit surcharges, incapacity, claims for damages, etc.
She lectures on the Master’s and Executive Master’s Degree programs at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and is a speaker at forums, seminars and conferences organized by companies and by various organizations, such as the Madrid Chamber of Commerce or the Asturian Business Federation.
Tania Sancho is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
Advanced Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, specializing in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics, and Applied Psychology, from Universidad a Distancia de Madrid (UDIMA).
