Ruth González Vicedo is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department.
She has extensive experience in advising on and defending lawsuits in civil matters (e.g. termination and annulment of contracts and revocatory actions) and corporate/commercial matters. She specializes in the defense of corporate disputes.
She is an expert in insolvency and has a wealth of experience in this field, having advised insolvent debtors, creditors and third parties interested in acquiring the production units of insolvent parties or specific assets or rights.
During the 2014-2015 academic year, she lectured at FUNDESEM BUSINESS SCHOOL on the course entitled “Directors’ liability and challenges to corporate resolutions”.
Ruth González Vicedo is a member of the Alicante Bar Association, where she forms part of the Insolvency Group.
