Raquel Sánchez is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration, Restructuring and Insolvency practice.

She has extensive experience advising and defending clients in civil law disputes (particularly in contract terminations and cases relating to construction and real estate law) as well as commercial law disputes (litigation concerning corporate law issues and directors’ liability).

In addition, she provides recurring advice on insolvency matters.

She collaborates as an external tutor in the practicum at the University of Murcia and has been a guest lecturer at that University, as well as a speaker in various conferences relating to her practice.

She is a member of the Murcia Bar Association (Corporate Law Section), as well as a member of the research group for current corporate law issues of the Private Law Department of the Law School at the University of Murcia since 2013.
