Raquel Rodríguez Zaragoza is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property department.
She has extensive expertise in providing advisory services on the protection of intangible assets, in particular trademarks, patents, designs and copyright and in drafting license and transfer agreements in connection with such assets, as well as in lawsuits involving patents, trademarks, designs and copyright.
She lectures on the master’s degree course in Intellectual Property LLM (IP) at Universidad de Alicante.
Raquel Rodríguez Zaragoza is a member of the Alicante Bar Association and of the Spanish Group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual property (AIPPI).
