Rafael Rueda Cebada is a senior associate in the Administrative Law, Planning and Zoning and Environmental Departments and belongs to Garrigues’ Public Law practice covering Southern Spain (Andalucía, Extremadura and the Canary Islands).
He has extensive experience in providing legal advice in various public law disciplines to both public and private entities, as well as in the case management of administrative and judicial review proceedings in general.
He provides recurring advice on matters relating to public sector contracts, planning and zoning, subsidies and public aid, regulated sectors, particularly energy and environment, water and condemnation proceedings.
