Pablo Vinageras a counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate law group.
Among other fields, he specializes in M&A, corporate law and commercial contracts, especially with respect to advising international investors with interests in Spain. He has notably participated in transactions (sale and purchase of shares and assets, joint ventures, collaboration and specialization agreements, restructuring, etc.) with an international component, with particular emphasis on English-speaking countries, China and Latin America. Since he studied in México, he particularly has strong links with clients from Latin America. His international contacts are complemented by his position as Co-Chair of the Forum of Commissions of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
He also provides ongoing advice on corporate matters within the framework of noteworthy M&A transactions and internal restructuring of the abovementioned entities, as well as of transactions involving private equity and industrial entities.
He lectures in business law at Campus “La Salle” at Universitat Ramon Llull.
Pablo Vinageras is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, of the Mexican Bar Association and of the American Bar Association, as well as an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
Degree in Law, Universidad Panamericana and Universidad de Barcelona.
He has contributed to the specialist press and journals on Commercial Law, start-ups and cross border advice.
