Pablo Olábarri Gortázar
Partner of Garrigues where he has worked since 1984.
Secretary of the Board of Directors and legal counsel to many Spanish companies, providing the full range of legal services deriving from traditional corporate transactions (delegations of authority, grant of powers of attorney, amendment of bylaws, capital increases and reductions, etc.) and the preparation and review of agreements specific to the activities of clients.
Specializes in corporate/commercial law and tax law, with extensive experience in the acquisition and disposal of companies and of business mergers, spin-offs and reorganizations, and has acted as adviser in some of the most significant transactions performed in Spain in recent years.
He is Head of Centro de Estudios Garrigues and director of the Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law Practice.
He is also the director of, and a lecturer on, the Special Course in Corporate Law of the Madrid Bar Association.
He has been a frequent participant at conferences and has spoken on various business law-related topics
He belongs to Madrid Bar Association.
