Pablo M. Hernández Hernández
Pablo Hernández Hernández is a principal associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law department.
He provides recurring advice on corporate matters in M&A and restructuring transactions, as well as to private equity firms (both on regulatory matters –CNMV– and investment/divestment deals)
He has a wealth of experience in drawing up shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements and in international business expansion, as well as the financing, start-up and sale and purchase of businesses.
He has lectured in both Spanish and English at various institutions: Universidad de Valencia (LLM: contract drafting), IMEX (International business expansion), ICAV (How to set up a company), Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros (Private Equity), COEV (Sale and purchase of companies), etc.
He has also provided in-house training to business owners and on the Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and is Associate Professor at the Catholic University of Valencia (Commercial Law III).
Pablo Hernández Hernández is a member of the Valencia Bar Association (ICAV).
Degree in Law, Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Master’s Degree in Stock & Financial Markets, Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (combined degree in Legal & Financial Studies).
He has also participated in the “Introduction to the U.S. Legal System” program (Fordham University, New York) and “Fundamentals of American Law & Common Law Methodology” program (European Legal Studies Center of Columbia Law School and Centro de Estudios Garrigues).
Author of the chapter on “International expansion of family business: factors leading to success or failure” (*) in Negociación, mediación y arbitraje en la empresa familiar, published by Editorial Ad Hoc.
Co-author of the chapter on “Legal perspectives of the financial brokerage” (*) in “Retos y Perspectivas de la Sociedad Digital para Intermediarios Financieros” published by Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros.
Several publications, including articles in the journals of Instituto de Estudios Financieros (IEB) and Economía-3 (ECO3).
