Mercè Reverter Baquer

Mercè Reverter Baquer is counsel in the Administrative, E.U. & Antitrust Law practice in the Barcelona office. As a lawyer with more than 15 years experience in administrative, regulatory and antitrust law, she advises both private companies and public authorities and agencies on matters in her areas of expertise, including most notably public procurement, regulated industries such as telecommunications or energy, semi-regulated industries such as life sciences, food or trade, the concession sector and new areas such as the smart cities sector. In addition, she has done extensive work in antitrust law matters relating to both agreements and mergers, which has allowed her to gain firsthand knowledge of the market structures in which the firm’s clients operate and to therefore be able to offer clients advisory services that are comprehensive, customized, global, strategic and, in short, services with added value and empathy.
