He has developed technical and financial projects for the private sector and the public authorities, both domestically and abroad. By way of example, he has taken part in or headed projects spanning more than 20 different countries.

The types of services he oversees can be broken down into three categories:

1) Technical assistance to financial institutions. Under a project finance model and occasionally using other structures. He has advised dozens of Spanish and foreign financial institutions and developers. In tandem with the lawyers at Garrigues, they head up the lists of the leading advisers worldwide on project finance for renewable energies, according to the magazine Infrastructure Journal.

2) Advice to investors, developers and technicians on, respectively (i) project sale and purchase transactions, (ii) technical and financial advice to developers on the development of their energy businesses, and (iii) independent reports on technologies, colloquially referred to as “bankability” reports.

3) Other energy and environment-related reports: energy efficiency, economic and strategic analysis, climate change, etc.

Máximo Martín is a member of the Madrid Official Association of Industrial Engineers and regularly attends the APPA (Renewable Energy Association) and AEE (Wind Energy Business Association) assemblies, associations of which G-advisory is a member.
