Marta Rodrigo Lavilla
Marta Rodrigo is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department, where she has pursued her entire professional career since joining the firm in 2008.
She has extensive expertise advising clients on the resolution of civil and corporate/commercial disputes, both in potentially litigious situations – with a view to avoiding further proceedings – and when court or arbitration proceedings are already underway.
She regularly appears in proceedings conducted before the courts and arbitral tribunals, defending and acting as counsel for clients in a wide range of civil and corporate/commercial lawsuits, principally in the areas of obligations and contracts, company law (challenging corporate resolutions and directors’ liability) and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. In addition to appearing at all stages and before all court levels in judicial proceedings, she has a proven track record in handling extraordinary appeals before the Supreme Court.
She also provides recurring advice to clients from the automotive industry.
Marta Rodrigo is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
