María Teresa Aldunate Fernández
María Teresa is an senior associate in the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts, Securities Market, Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate practices.
She has focused her practice on the areas of corporate law and commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and the securities markets, particularly providing legal advice to regulated investment funds. Before joining Garrigues, she worked as an intern in the legal department of Atlantic Copper S.A.U. in Madrid, Spain.
In the academic field, she was a professorial assistant on the Civil Law course at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile between 2009 and 2014.
