María Mollá Martínez
María Mollá Martínez is a senior associate in the Administrative Law, Planning and Zoning, and Environmental practice areas.
She has extensive experience in providing advice on planning law, drafting legal opinions on planning law-related queries, drafting submissions in response to planning and zoning management instruments, and defending clients in connection with planning matters and zoning management and enforcement.
As regards activities, she has a wealth of experience in administrative procedures to secure the authorizations necessary to pursue a particular activity (Integrated Environmental Authorizations, permits, notifications), as well as in environmental penalty proceedings.
She has provided legal advice to public authorities and awardees of administrative contracts on matters such as public procurement and the wording of special administrative terms of tender for procurement by different public authorities.
As regards special properties, she advises on coasts (boundaries and penalty proceedings) and ports (holders of licenses for the provision of port services).
She has provided advice on processes involving public service-related issues and on proceedings for the recovery of public subsidies.
She has prepared numerous submissions and administrative appeals and has represented a wide range of clients – from public authorities, public law entities and public companies to private entities – before the judicial review courts, as both plaintiff and defendant.
