Margarita María Spoerer Ochagavia
Margarita M. Spoerer Ochagavia has been a senior associate in the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts, Real Estate, and Labor and Employment Law practices since 2005.
She has extensive expertise in contracts (both civil and commercial) and real estate and has participated in numerous M&A transactions and acquisitions of real estate and real estate companies.
She also provides ad hoc and recurring advice on labor and employment law and human resources to national and foreign companies operating across a range of industries (technology, manufacturing, financial, hotels, construction, and services, among others) on matters including contracts, restructuring processes, remuneration, disciplinary measures, occupational risk prevention, social security, material modifications to working conditions, transfers, mobility and labor due diligence reviews.
